I live in Grand Junction, Co. and we are there or through Breck many times as my husband like the trails there and around the area.

I was there last Wednesday shoping and was I was in awesome od the store! Such a huge selection and the employees most helpful and friendly. SO IMPRESSED WITH THE UNIQUE AND STOCK OF SO MANY TOYS AND GAMES!

I put bought some unique birthday gifts for my granddaughter and she was thrilled with all but one.

It was swimming action Fish Bowl, for ages 12+ (?) and it looked like Nemo and Dory in it...$16.99...would it break me if I did not get a refund ...no ..but they needed to know was not what it could be. Definitely broke. Talked to a Carrie there this morning on the phone, after granddaughter opened her gifts and thebmanager was absolutely did the upmost customer service anyone could possibly want...my faith has been restored and the public has not broke that little manager.

They have so many toys. It took my son and I a while to find something because they had so much to choose from. The only reason I can’t give a 5 star is because I was overcharged $19.99. It is a bit pricy and did think my total was a little high but since my son chose his items on his own I was okay with the total, that is until I started to calculate and looked at the receipt. The very first item was not something that I recognized and was priced at $19.99. I had already left and we rushed back hoping to catch the store open. When I walked in I handed the lady the receipt and told her I purchased four items but was charged for 5. I didn’t really have to explain much and she right away processed a refund. I’m not sure how she didn’t catch that my total was high for the items we had purchased. Not sure how I was charged for that extra item because the counter was clear when we were called from the line to check out. Make sure to always check...

This makes no sense. Toy store that sells OFF and REPEL, toxic for the environment and people. At reach for the kids. Manager got back with me saying I leave negative reviews in general. I leave many positive reviews for businesses. I leave negative reviews for businesses just like Peak-A-Boo Toys that deserve a negative review. Picture I took inside your store speaks volumes. You're allowing children at their reach to hold and possibly spray a very toxic chemical. Use intelligence with that, and this is not earth friendly, or good for our environment here in Colorado where I reside. You obviously aren't into today's world being health conscious and not intelligent enough to understand the cancerous affects of the brand OFF or REPEL or simply don't care enough about the affects this has on our environment here in Colorado when the after spray hits our land and air.
