Wife found 2 t-shirts in the $19.99 buy one get one free section. wife made sure with a store employee walking by. at the cashier, my wife was charged $26.99. wife explained but no use. we even got the employee to tell the cashier where the whole stack of the same clothes we picked out at was. cashier said.... "need to ask cashier, don't ask employee". how stupid does that sound? cashier must be the owner who cannot even trust her own employee... in the end, cashier won't honor pricing for the stacks of clothings that were put in the wrong area, and wouldn't honor pricing even tho employee was asked. We then asked for a refund. I bet she was not expecting we asking for a refund as most tourist would prob just let it go. It's funny how we can get a receipt to pay the wrong price, but cannot print receipt for refund. gotta wait a few days to see if we actually got a refund. Scams at a tourist location in...

We have called on several occasions since Saturday and no one answers. Both charges have gone through and now the bank will handle it as a fraudulent charge. Moral of the story, businesses need to answer their phones. Purchase amount was large and money needs to...

Had communication only via email and they were willing to replace the product and then got ghosted. Never responded to emails and never sent a replacement. Horrible customer service and would highly advise you take your business to other tshirt shops in the area and...
