I am going to preface this review by stating that me and 10 other young adults booked a house managed by this company for a trip. We all had little to no experience driving in the snow. The trip started out great other than the slight hiccup of having to move houses due to an issue with the house that was originally booked. This was no issue at all. The problems began towards the end of the stay when there was 10+ inches of snow. We were not comfortable driving in these conditions so we asked to stay another day. This request was denied and the options we were given were to move to another house close by or go to Denver and stay in a hotel. We chose to go to a house close by because we were not at all comfortable driving to Denver. On the day that we moved to the new house, we had to shovel the driveway of the original house ourselves and get down the steep driveway which we were also not at all comfortable with. Getting down this steep driveway was extremely dangerous. When we got to the new house, the driveway was also very steep and was not cleared at all. In addition, this new house had no shovels. When we called the management company we were told that we were given many different choices and accommodations and the best they could do was have someone drop off shovels. This did not even come in a timely manner so we asked neighbors for shovels and ended up shoveling the driveway ourselves. Again, the trip started off great but it seemed like this company cared more about money...

In May 2022, a group of friends and I booked a very nice property from this company using AirBnB. The overall check-in and duration of our trip was splendid as there were no problems throughout our trip however, we were faced with some problems. The weather in Breckinridge quickly changed and began snowing for 24+ hours resulting in approx 18 inches of snow. Our group was widely unprepared for this and did not have the cars required to safely travel especially with steep up/downhills. We requested one additional night in order to guarantee our safety and prevent any fatal injuries however, Breckinridge Resort Managers valued another customers hot-tub preferences versus our safety. Furthermore, the group discussed with multiple members of the company and were unable to make any progress and involved a mother of a member of the group. The mother simply demanded the safety of her child and her friends but was called unpleasant and unreasonable. In continuation, we were forced to book an unreasonable amount of money for one day at another AirBnB. This AirBnB was unplowed and thus, we asked BRM to plow the driveway but they returned with “at some point today” and ensured to tell us that it was “of great expense”. At this point we decided to leave as we understood and took the risk. This resulted in us having to plow the driveway ourselves, essentially taking care of future customers for them with no pay, and make the dangerous drive out of...

The property we rented was great for location and interior layout to provide for our family vacation. However, BRM staff and their services left much to be desired. When we first arrived with hundreds of dollars of food, there were no pots and pans or coffee mugs. They kept saying that the kitchen was fully stocked and what we had was all that we were going to get. I finally had to beg and two days later we finally received 2 skillets, 2 pots and 6 coffee mugs. The staff were on the edge of rude, especially Lauren, as I tried multiple times to explain that these items were not in the cabinets. On the third morning, we found the missing items in the dishwasher, which means that their housekeeping staff and mandatory 'inspection' staff did not empty the dishwasher! Had their staff completed their job then all of this could have been avoided. No matter what, they should have taken care of our request based on what we were saying as we lost two days of cooking, had to get take out two days that were not part of our plan and we had a lot of food left over! Finally.....I left this same review on their website in answer to their request for my feedback and one day later they removed my review!! Be cautious when working with this...
