Tips from a long time local - Lincoln West Mall has changed quite a bit over the years. Yes, back in a day, it was an actual mall with shops, restaurants and was owned by a developer who leased the units - same as most malls today. Fast forward - the building has transitioned to individual unit ownership and now is represented by an HOA or Business Home Owners Association. Each unit is individually owned - yep, the shops and restaurants are gone with the exception of two retail businesses - the rest of the property is occupied by other commercial entities. Many people still think that this property is public and seem to think they can do what ever they want on the property however, the property is now privately owned, for example: there are no public restrooms and building access is limited to only individuals who do business with the owners.
