Zachary's Steakhouse — Local services in Bristol

We visited during Rhythm and Roots, but we were seated right away and got our drinks. We waited and waited for our waitress to come take our order and finally did after 15+ minutes. The waitress came by and asked if someone had taken our order, "yes ma'am, you did about 30 minutes ago!🤯" It took us 45 minutes to get our food. Got my food and the mashed potatoes were cold, like refrigerator cold. Another waitress came by and asked if everything was ok and I told her about my mashed potatoes. We live in Bristol and this is our first time here and was better than expected. The steak was great! Far better than an outback or Logans, but the brocolli was room temperature and I wasn't a fan of the sweet potato casserole. However I shouldn't have assumed it was simply cinnamon and sugar - I believe it had fruit in it but wasn't my style. This place is one of the best restaurants that I have been to in a long time! The service was great and everyone enjoyed their food! We had never been there before and it was my daughter's birthday. They helped serve her cake that I brought in from an outside place. They even had everyone in the restaurant join in on singing happy birthday to her! The service was quick even with us having a big party of around 20! I will definitely be going back...
