We stopped into Anthony & Co. Jewelers to get a quote on repairing the links in my son’s watch. This watch is very special to my son — it was his late grandfathers. The incredibly helpful gentleman in the shop looked at the watch and determined it would need to be sent out to their watch repairman. Then, we were amazed as he told us to follow him and he walked us outside his shop to the watch kiosk. He told the watch repairman to take good care of us and he walked back to his shop. He gave up the business to bless the kiosk watch repairman & us! That type of kindness is rarely seen anymore. The watch repairman fixed my son’s watch in no-time. We went back to Anthony’s to try to get their Starbucks order so we can thank them, but they declined and told us to have a great day. My son and I thanked them!! What stellar customer service and true kindness to give their business to another to help us.

I came here last Saturday to see if they can get me some teddy bear earrings for my daughter they didn’t have it there so the girl who attended me was extremely nice. She had nails and bright pink blush. I didn’t get her name she told me she was gonna reach out if they were able to find the earrings I wanted. I called today since they called me and I don’t think the lady who answered me knew anything about what I wanted she sounded like she was clueless and she told me she had to call the person if they can see if they can get the earrings.
