My family and I come here on Saturdays in the afternoon. We order the same thing 2 of Q6, a large vegetarian noodle soup and 1 strawberry lemonade drink. This week we came today. At first when we first started coming here we were aware of the sign at the entrance that says to wait to be seated, but I can’t remember when was the last time we had to wait to be seated, since the last time we were told to seat where we wanted. Since then, we just come in and sit almost every time in the same booth. No body has said anything to us since today. There was this man that I had never seen before that approached me as my husband and 2 children were waking towards the booth we wanted to sit and he had this look his face like if I had done something wrong to him and asked me if I had not seen the sign. I felt disrespected by the way he was taking to me and in any way appropriate to talk to a customer. He didn’t even let me explain why I was leading my family to a table of our choice. But I did had to mentioned I didn’t appreciate him talking to me the way he was which made no difference to him because he kept his attitude. We decided to stay because my daughter wanted to eat the noodle soup, otherwise we’d have left. As we were eating we saw how other customers came in and sat where they wanted without this man telling them anything. We are always greeted respectfully and unless busy, our food comes out pretty fast. We enjoy not only the food but the customer service which is why we are still coming. My husband did not like how we were treated so after paying our meal, he asked this man to explain him why other customers were not told to wait to be seated. His response was that this people were regulars and that he in fact had seated them. Which was a lie since we saw them waking and siting and saw this man not telling them anything. My husband wanted to talk to the manager about our experience and this man told him he was the manager and refused to give his name. Even threaten my husband with calling the cops if he didn’t leave the restaurant for trespassing. Also threaten him to tell the other managers to refuse us service next time we come in to dine. My husband was only wanting his name and ignored us continuing to deny giving his name with absolutely absurd attitude and conduct. Very disappointing that this man turned out to be the manager. This man refused to act as a manager which is why I felt it is only appropriate to write this review publicly.

New to the area, on the lookout for a decent pho place to warm my cold bones and decided to try here. As soon as I stepped in, I noticed how the waitstaff all seemed preoccupied with doing busy work and keeping most of the restaurant tables off limits. Thai tea was pre-made, but at least it tasted good. Right after I had ordered the pho, the waitress immediately came back and sat down a pre-made plate of the pho sprouts/veg which looked very lackluster in comparison to most pho places I've been. Vietnamese spring rolls tasted a bit bland, as the chicken deli cut takes over the flavor. I think it needs herbs or something to give it life. The pho broth was decently flavored. Pho was mostly noodles and lacking in meat, and that's with the house special with all the meat types. -_- The to-go container for pho was a styrofoam cup, just as another reviewer mentioned (that I'm praying won't break open on the way home!) This place definitely knows how to skimp and try and cut corners, whether that adds efficiency but takes away from taste, I'll let you decide. Also, bathroom stunk to high heaven! 🤢 TLDR: If you're in the area and need to warm your bones like me, it's decent. Just don't expect great customer service or a welcoming atmosphere at all. Burleson needs more noodle houses!

Me and my family have been eating here for years. The people are nice and the food is good. Ive never really paid attention to the charges on our bill until a month ago and they have been over charging me like crazy for my order. I order the same thing everytime we go and they know what i order when i walk in. I order the beef and broccoli plate with no beef , add carrots and sub the rice for lo mein noodles. So its broccoli, carrots and lo mein noodles is what i order. They ring it up as a normal beef and broccoli plate and then add carrots. Im not getting the meat so why charge me for carrots. Either way this should not be the most expensive meal in the place at 17.86 with it only being carrots , lo mein and broccoli. The people ringing up the order needs to learn another way to do it because not even the shrimp plates with all vegatables in it cost what i pay for noodles, carrots and broccoli. We will not come back until you can ring this order up atca reasonable price. 10-15-21 The issue has been fixed. Once again the staff and managers are very nice and the food is great. Im glad it was all worked because me and my family come here alot.

Yeah so my and my husband just got trespassed from this location and threatened with a “Charge” over trying to pay for our drinks and calling the staff out on their rude behavior.

We sat down at 8:05 and ordered $10 worth of drinks and an appetizer. We’re car shopping so after we ordered we were discussing important details about the purchase.

2min later our waiter comes back and asks if we’re ready to order. My husband said we need a few minutes we’re car shopping, to which he said well were closing at 9:00pm I need to get your order in.

We felt rushed so my husband said never-mind we will just leave then if you’re trying to rush us out the door.

We attempted to pay using the tap feature and you could hear a beep, but it didn’t go through. We were already waking out the door and the staff became hostile. My husband walks back over and says to the waiter (manager) that he doesn’t need his hand signals and let him handle the business with the cashier .

The Waiter(Manager) took his final form and revealed his credentials and told my husband that he’s the manager and that he could trespass us while we’re trying to pay and complaining about being rushed at our table as for the reason we’re leaving.

My husband said ok, well if you’re trespassing me I have to leave and can’t pay then.

As we are walking out the manager becomes aggressive (previously was) and said if we walk out we will catch a charge.

Needless to say the Manager has anger issues as well as others I don’t care to mention here.

Dear House of Pho: if you trespass someone who is trying to pay and the transaction fails you’ve released them of their debt and they have to leave. Didn’t think it through.

Great...

This place has hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The man who always wears the neck gater mask is the worst one. He's always in a bad mood, rude, seems put out, forgets half the order, ect. The younger manager is almost equally as bad. Always seems to be in a bad mood and has no customer service skills whatsoever. The first time coming here, the first man talked our ear off the entire time about his life story and how he faces rascim every day. We felt bad and we're uncomfortable eating. We ended up getting our food to-go because it was almost time for closing at that point. Another time we went, it was in the middle of the day. Half of the tables were filled and we were told they couldn't serve a table of two because they were too busy. The next time we ordered, we figured we'd order it to-go. We were told it will be done in twenty minutes. We arrive twenty minutes later and we're told they haven't even started our food because they wanted to get paid first. I've been here a few more times, just because it's the only place that serves pho close by. A lot of the times, they mess up our order and don't handle the issue properly. I've had them mess up my food only to get mad at me that they have to fix it, and even then they don't remake it, they just throw in what's missing or pick out half of what isn't supposes to be in there. I don't think I'll ever return here. Spend your money...
