Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Burlington

At first we were impressed by the service received when entering the store. Then the goodness continued when 2 jackets had to be altered. Matching pants were ordered and checkout was smooth. It all ended there! We were told that everything would be pressed and ready at pickup, including the pants that were ordered. The 2 jackets were picked up and the pants were balled up in a bag hung with the jackets, so it was not noticeable. A call was made and the manager said to bring the pants and a shirt that we had also purchased in and they would press it too. So a third trip was made to the store and they gave the pants back with more creases in the legs than before and the same amount of wrinkles in the shirt. It seems as though the 2 items were taken into the back and hung up together on a hanger and then put into a “wrinkling machine”. They were brought out and handed back as if the person were legally blind and could not see how awful they looked. We are shocked and so very disappointed!! So much for lifetime pressing. More like lifetime wrinkling. Our takeaway is that you get treated well until they make the sale and have your money and then nobody...

First of all I don't know much about sport coats or suits or anything of that especially mixing and matching colors and I've been to plenty of men's warehouses some of the guys who work are okay and they try to help but no one that I've come across knows somebody well on the ins and outs without meeting them yet but Sylvester does and let me tell you don't question this man from the moment that you meet him till the moment that you leave he is on par and he is top tier attending you to your needs and when I say don't question this man it's because he knows what he's doing he knows exactly what's going to look best for you trust me on this so if you ever go ask for Sylvester he knows what you need what you're looking for and he will make sure you look like the cleanest sleekest freshest man at whatever event you're attending besides look at how he dresses that dude is a million bucks or should I say a billion but seriously always ask for Sylvester!
