New chair is loved by man and cat! Thank you so much. We love this company and have been purchasing for decades. All kitchen appliances are available as well as couches beds chairs etc. Customer service is out of the world! I needed a new recliner for a small area. They helped me measure. I wanted a swivel chair and the one I chose didn't have one but I was told that they could have one own for only fifty dollars! Free delivery and setup and they took my old chair and donated it. Just recently our microwave went down and the new one was delivered and installed that day. Family owned business for as long as I can remember. In fabulous down town Caldwell Idaho. Literally there is nothing the people won't do or try to do for you. And if you need a hair cut a barber is right there ! My entire family shops there and we recommend others as well. You are treated like family here. You don't even have to register your warranty on line with the different companies that you buy because they honor them and can do repairs cheaper. I had called and talked to Vincent about purchasing a refrigerator for my aging mother. As her house is older, her space for a fridge is rather small. I wanted to make sure they had a fridge that would fit her space. Vincent told me he had a GE on the show room floor that would fit, and it was the right color. The next morning I drove over to pay for the fridge and to get it delivered. I was disappointed to learn that there was not a fridge on the floor that would fit. Apparently Vincent had not measured correctly, or maybe not at all. Jim came to my rescue. He was sure they had a fridge in the warehouse that would fit. I left to run some errands and while doing so, Vincent called to apologize and to let me know there was a fridge in the warehouse that was the right size. Though the fridge was $50 more than the one described to me in the beginning, I purchased it. They delivered the fridge 2 days later, taking the old fridge! The delivery charge was only $39 compared to $175 at one of their competitors. The delivery guys were great! They got the fridge working for my mom and all was well! This is a first time visit and purchase.

We were in need of a basic refrigerator and stopped by the store on January 3rd, 2020. I am so bad with names, but the salesman, who I think was Jim, greeted us very politely, listened to what we wanted, and showed us a few options to choose from. We found one that we felt would work perfectly as a second refrigerator downstairs. There was absolutely no high pressure sales tactics of any kind, he simply let us make the choice. We were very happy that they had one in stock and could get it to us the following Monday.

The two men arrived early on Monday to deliver. Both were very courteous and professional. Since we have a daylight basement, they were able to get the new unit in quickly and removed the old unit very easily. I appreciated that they drove back to the store and promptly called me with recommendations for an appliance tech, which I needed to have another item looked at.
