Do not recommend for smaller children. There are zero adults running the place to police all the wild and obnoxious middle to highschoolers. They inundate the safe zone for learning and young skaters, and rip around the ribbon with zero regard for others with no one correcting them. My husband and I are both good skaters but we have young children that we had to guard to keep safe. One kid went the wrong direction and slammed into us knocking my son to the ground and the kid accidentally stomped on my son’s hand and sliced his hand open. In theory it’s a family place but second time here and both times felt very chaotic. If it were just my husband and I we could hold our own but it does not feel...
Read moreThe lights is Caldwell were amazing but the skate rental company was the worst. They push you through like cattle and the equipment is horrible, not worth the money at all. Skates were plastic with defects. I asked about a refund or exchange and the "manager" was less than helpful. Her response to skates that clearly didn't fit was "No refunds or exchanges. All rental skates suck, if we issued refunds to everyone who complained about the fit, we would be issuing refunds all day". As another business owner I am embarrassed for whomever runs the rental business. This experience ruined my night but my 9 year old seemed to have fun. What a waste of $30. We will not be...
Read moreOne star for the ice and one for the gorgeous lights and ambience. However, I got yelled at by the cashier after paying $90 for one hour of skating because she thought I was paying for the previous hour- of which 15 min was remaining. I don't know who pays $90 for 15 min of skating? During the Christmas season, you will pay full price for "one hour" of skating. They actually only let us on the ice for 45 min because the Zamboni took 15 extra min. The employees completely ruined the experience. We used to come every year but this was our last experience. Time for us to build our own ice rink again- we love to skate but we can do without terrible attitudes...
