I can't express this enough. The food is always fantastic as well as the service. In all these years, I have only encountered one bad hostess and since never seen her again. Unfortunately to say, as long as I've been coming here, (since I was a kid) this place has deteriorated . It smells like a nasty wet rag all the time now, with a hint of bleach in that barely exists. The carpet is gross. And I'm pretty sure the only things well kept are the table tops and fish tank. The menu is absolutely ridiculous to navigate , some will disagree but it's honestly a setup to pay more, for less. Order one item, and it will feed 3 or more and order something to pair it with, and not know how to navigate the menu, and your side will be a children's sized portion for more in price until you realize it... this isn't right and should be made easier to understand the portion sizes so these complaints do not happen anymore . I can't express this enough to the owners, if you are in the business of food in any community across the world, and your staff is the reason for an order not being correct or messed up entirely in any way. (They are human, mistakes happen) You SHOULD STILL BE 100% willing to refund the meal, as well replace that meal with the correct order matched with an apology. Not just some messy Sharpie note written in anger that says, "CHECK YOUR BOXES before leaving, no refunds will be given!" Hanging in front of the area orders are taken .

Then we stood there for 10 minutes before someone even welcomed us- this is poor customer service to say the least. several staff walked by us but wouldn't even make eye contact. We felt like a bother instead of a customer. We were seated in the side room with long tables. It was fairly busy on that side but it looked as though those people already had their food. We waited another 15 min or so, then my girlfriend got up and asked if we could give someone our order. The lady running the pick up orders yelled back at my girlfriend and said "do you not see how busy we are". We should have left right then and there because of that lady, but by this point we just wanted to hurry and eat so we could meet up with the rest of our family. We requested no MSG as a few of us in the group were allergic. The staff was nice but service was terrible a lot of waiting & no one to help. We continued to offer grace as we only saw one person maning it all. We figured if the food was good than it was worth the wait. Food was not great.
