We placed an order for an item online to be picked up at this store. When the item arrived at the store, I went there to pick it up, I was told the item was damaged. I asked if they have replacement item in stock, the store manager said yes we have nine in stock but we can't give you one from the ones we have. Instead, we'll place an order for you. Guess what! Instead of placing an order, she canceled our order. We ended up contacting customer service when we realized a refund was issued instead of ordering a replacement item. A new order was placed and it took over a month to be shipped to the store. There is no doubt that Kirkland carries many great home products but the fact that we had unpleasant experience at this store will certainly impact our future shopping...

Had a problem when checking out, I used a 20% off your entire purchase but the cashier forgot to scan it before ringing me up. She asked a manager to help her with the return and the manager acted like it was my fault the cashier forgot to scan my phone! "You have to show it to her before she rings you up!" I told her I had and then she remarked that I should do it right "the next time I shop there", incredible! And when I checked my receipt I found the coupon was only applied to one item, not my entire purchase as advertised. I had to sign up for the reward club to use the coupon and today I received 3 emails from them!! What a nuisance, please don't waste your time or your patience on this place and DON'T sign up for the emails, 20% just ain't...

I love this store and everything they have here me and all of my family been regular costumer for 20 plus year but the only problem they have there is the cashier name LORENA I thing she is a menaxher I was there today around 5:30 please check the camera and she speak very rude and she is racist she do descriminaton on people of different country because we are from Europe all the time if we go there she do same thing I wish I should talk to someone and they can fix that problem with her because everyone there very nice only she is the problem there...
