Was disappointed and would definitely not return to this store. Came from Temecula to buy some souvenirs in preparation for my trip to the UK. I have about 8 nieces and nephews I hadn’t seen in a while and thought this would be a great place. Walked into the store and was not acknowledged by the staff. I deliberately took my time because I planned a large purchase. The two employees were caught up in their chatting and then I noticed that everyone else who came in after me was greeted with a loud “welcome “ “ can we help you”. I stood where I could be noticed while trying to figure out to buy. The people who were greeted so warmly left without buying anything and I was still not acknowledged or offered help. Maybe my head wrap gave them the impression I could not afford anything. I bought 3 shirts only because I really wanted them. I came prepared to spend way more but could not bring myself to do it. My husband who was waiting in the car told me I should have walked out and not spent a dime. Will most definitely not shop here ever again. Will drive to LA or San Diego before I patronize...

Wheelchair accessible store with flat ground entrance and wide enough spaces inside. They have really nice hats, souvenirs, clothing, jewelry, cups, mugs, beach toys, cup holders/coasters, and so much more! There was a young woman working and she was very kind. I really appreciated that while walking through here, I never felt like the employees were watching me or looking at me like I was stealing, as so many other places do. cutest little souvenir store!! great selection of everything - clothing, the little things like magnets and key chains, beach type stuff. The people who work there are really nice and it's smack in the middle of downtown Carlsbad!

Can get the holiday shopping for the WHOLE family in one spot and its in a nice shopping center with a local cafe and Starbucks and food n all. is the perfect...
