We have dealt with them for years. Haven't had any problems until the past 2 years. Unlike others that complain about returning their stuff we have paid for ours. We got a recliner Oct of 2022. After a year of paying on it a part can loose and it is wonky when you open it. My husband contacted them to get it fixed. We didn't want another one. Just to get it fixed. Miranda spoke to my husband and said they were going to bring out a new chair like the one we had. I thought that was awfully nice. I had my 22 yr old daughter come over for delivery because we had to work. We also have cameras in our house. They dropped it off I was looking at the camera. It wasn't even close to the one we had, and they left the one we already purchased. I called and spoke to Miranda and explained that was not the same chair and it did not match our house. She said sorry they didn't have one like we had. Also while I had her on the phone I pulled up the app and realized they weren't replacing the chair at all. They were bringing us another one to PAY for. Our lease had started over after we had already paid 1,500 for the one we already. I told her to come pick up the chair. I was not starting a new lease over. We just wanted our chair fixed. In the contract it states they repair items until paid for. She then blames us for it breaking. I said you haven't even looked at it! It just one part that came off. When the delivery person came to pick it up she perked and dragged it out of the house. I saw it all on camera. I then called the Bremen manager and asked if this was normal Aarons behavior and she said no. That they do have someone to repair them. Our lease was fixed back and we paid it out. They discount the price. I just wanted the experience over with. Well fast forward to this past Sat. I got an email from arrons wanting me to call. I was thinking it was to ask about our experience. No it was because they said we still owed $208 on our washer and dryer set we still had. I thought it had paid out last Oct. We have all of our payments taken straight out banking account. So I was shocked to hear this. So the lady I was on the phone with called the Carrollton store to ask about it. Jeffery stated we still owed $208. I asked why had we nit been contacted until now. He stated they didn't have our number. I stated yes you did. The washer and dryer was not the only item we had with you and we have spoken several times. I also stated all of our payments we taken directly out of our bank. I said I could show all payments on the app and bank statement. But I said since it's not paid for the dryer isn't working and the washer is acting up it needs to be fixed. And maybe it was a blessing the payments weren't correct. They lady on the phone agreed and said they will absolutely take care of it and asked Jeffery when. We scheduled for today for them to bring out a loaner and to pick mine up to get fixed. They never showed up. I missed a day of work. I called Jeffery to ask the issue and he stated the his Regional Manager said for them to just pay it out and if we wanted our washer and dryer set fixed we would have to come and buy a new one!!! Mind you was supposed to make one of the last 2 payments this week. I called back to the woman I spoke to Saturday and she said she's never seen them do that before and she apologized and let me speak to her manager. He apologized and gave me a number to call to let them know what happened. After paying thousands of dollars to them, and for them to refuse to fix both times is bull!! I am calling a consumer...

My granddaughter Came over to visit She of course thought it was cool chair. Shortly after.... She was up...itching horrible. Bites all over her.... I immediately begin to look over chair. ONLY TO FIND? DOG HAIR ALL UNDER THE CUSHION.
THEN.....AS I HIT IT WITH MY HAND? TO BRUSH HAIR.... FLEAS! I GOT PICS. I GOT VIDEOS and now I know the off smell too. That is disgusting And I am furious. I have pictures of my grandchild legs too. The man at the front desk I called and told them come get it now. Was the most rude person ever. But I plan on taking this alot farther. Facts. This child was up half the night itching and taking benadryl. BIG PROBLEM. I have no problem Calling news. Hitting all social platforms. Since he was so nasty attitude. Here's what we can do. You can give me back My money... Period. Simple. Wait till you see the pictures And videos. And my babies bites If that not enough Let's talk about a couch. Thought it was nice couch... When they delivered it was NOT in same condition. The arm of couch was torn half off Big rip in back... Was not there when we chose it in store. They delivered it And I turned them right around and made them load it up. No way paying that for a couch like thar. It should be in papers. Because I have my copy. Why would I send back my couch..... But all in all....

Read moreHorrible customer service. Horrible and rude staff. They get you in the door and get you to buy from them. Claiming they are understanding. One day late on your payment and you have a late fee. For being one day late and they charge you a late fee. And while you are one day late making your payment they call and harass your family, friends and whoever else you put down as a reference. Keep in mind one day late and they do all that. They can keep their stuff. Rent a Center is much more friendly, understanding and have workers that seem to care about you. I will be taking my business to Rent a Center in Carrollton, Georgia. The staff at Aaron’s in Carrollton, Georgia is rude and hateful. Even the store manager is rude. I will never ever do any business with Aaron’s and i will make sure my family and friends never do any business with Aaron’s in Carrollton, Georgia. My husband even got a better deal and price with Rent a Center. I would not even give Aaron’s a one star. I personally think you need to get new management and new employees that care about the customers. They are so rude and hateful. And remember without customers you don’t have a business. I will make sure i blast all over social media how horrible Aaron’s is. I mean being one day late on a payment when we have always paid our account. Y’all can keep harassing other people.
