We had ordered three calzones, nothing too complicated. When we received our food, we noticed that all three orders were wrong. We ended up calling in and explaining the issue and wanted to see what we could do about getting the order fixed. We weren't asking for a refund at the time and we were more than willing to wait; we were even willing to drive in and come pick up the new order when it was ready. That said, when we told them this, the lady on the phone explained that they would not be changing out the order and there was nothing we could do except buy a new one. When we asked to speak to management, we were simply told "you're speaking to the manager", and then they told us we got what we ordered. We were told this AFTER we sent them a picture of what we actually ordered and they still said there was nothing wrong with the order. This turned out to be a way bigger issue than it needed to be and we're genuinely surprised that there was this much denial over something as simple as a calzone. Everyone makes mistakes, and we understand that, but making sure you fix those mistakes is what's important. We just did not feel we got exceptional customer service in this situation, and we feel this could've been resolved very easily.
Just to add onto this - Calzone 1: had pepperoni , sausages, & green pepper (No Olives). Calzone 2: had pepperoni & sausages (it was supposed to just be cheese). and Calzone 3: Was almost correct, they just added pineapple on it when we didn't ask for it. The problem with this is, one of the people we ordered for is allergic to pineapples.

Read moreThe girl who was cleaning with a disgusting rag was cleaning and literally walked to the cashier, and then went and grabbed my pizza with her bare hands. When I asked her please not too, she said “I’m not touching the pizza?” And then I told her she literally had touched it twice already. Then just said “you have a good day” and walked off. She was horrible to talk to, and I ordered the pizza 30 mins before and it was still not ready. But seriously the kicker was having someone cleaning the back with a disgusting bucket of dirty water (which she said was “just soap water” twice to justify her touching my food with no gloves on) touch the food with her bare hands. Then get bugged at me about it. And plus in the back, they had a literal pizza on top of a trash can? Like they were eating off of it. Pretty gross to me. Literally never going here again. The customer service of that girl alone made me never decide to go there again. Probbaly 15, with glasses and rings on like 4 fingers, working the night of 5/30/2024 at 9:50pm just in case the manager wants to let her go to make more money. Read moreI preordered my food an hour and a half prior to delivery. I called after it was ten minutes late and the person on the phone couldn’t tell me if the food had left the restaurant. Of course there is excuses and no responsibility taken for the late food. I waited another twenty minutes, for a total of thirty minutes late, before the delivery finally came. Now I live seven minutes away from the south location, where I had placed the order. Say the driver took Main Street, so ten minutes from the location. I’m thinking that the time shows my order was at the restaurant when I called. I would’ve given two stars but when I called, there seems to be lack of honesty and integrity. Another clue is when the delivery driver gave me a ten dollar coupon for the delay in my order. They knew it was really messed up. I appreciate the attempt to make it right but there is a point. My kids don’t understand the reason for the delay. The kids were hungry when it was supposed to be delivered. Kids lack understanding and patience. There really was no excuse.
