absolute horrible experience . I had a terrible one at the Christiana store and decided to try Wilmington . I had gone a week ago to return cleats that didnāt fit my daughter and the cashier Hailey was not friendly at all .. there was a huge wad of chewed gum outside the dressing room that I informed an employee about and it was still sitting there after my daughter tried her stuff on .. I told the employee if they gave me a napkin I would pick it up .. today aside Laila who rung me up and was very pleasant .. I had a question about the pants sale as four employees stood around to gossip about a customer who wanted a discount on a shoe because of a stain . There is a tall heavy set white male with shaggy hair who has also followed me around the store because I keep my returns in an recyclable bag since Delaware law is no plastic bags and most stores donāt offer them . Iāve worked retail and managed as well for several years at all times your employees should be cautious of thieves, but not make actual paying customers uncomfortable to even shop. I returned an adidas dress that didnāt fit my older daughter and 2 other employees came running to the cash register as the tall heavy set man stood behind me . Itās a shame because I watched several employees stand around doing absolutely nothing and I can only assure as a previous manager engaging with the customer and helping them find what they need will cause a lot less theft .. hopefully they can work on better customer service because it seems these employees do not care and seem to forget amazon has all your needs for much cheaper and very fast delivery . Ā Ā Ā Read more4 PEOPLE GREETED ME! Yesterday i went to get a pair of shoes. I was on a mission. Knew exactly what i wanted and the website said it was in stock [Nike Pegasus 38 black]. As i approached the shoe dept a middle age guy gave me a friendly smile and... i darted past him. Then 2 guys standing near each other both said hi and... i blew past them too. Right after i got to the shoe wall somebody greeted and asked if i needed help. I got what i came for and rushed off to be on time for a family gathering. Today I realized how terribly rude I was. Ive gotten so accustomed to store clerks avoiding me and trying not to help so I never expected people to be SO NICE!! I wish i had time to make a special trip just to tell those men how much I appreciate them working on a Sunday, holiday weekend at 10am and bringing a smile to wear. Thank u team for making my experience great, and thank u leaders who encourage a really good shopping experience! Please dont lose that, even if consumers seem rude in the moment. I really am...

No Sweat Protection Plan is a scam. They will find any excuse not to fix your bike, forcing you to pay extra even after you bought their insurance. Do not buy insurance or bikes from this place. Go to a real bike shop instead. Their products are poor quality, and theyāll easily blame how your child uses the bike to deny coverage.
The reason we got the insurance was because we didnāt buy the bike to sit and collect dust in the garage. My son only rides it on the street, yet they claimed he was āabusingā the bike without any proof. They ask you questions and then twist your answers to make it seem like youāre at fault so they can refuse the claim and make you pay out of pocket.
