We all know how businesses place fake reviews on sites to make themselves look good, from what I"ve read that's the case at this Starbucks as well. Unfortunately this Starbucks has a very cold impersonal feel, as most of the staff are very robotic in their interactions with customers. The design of the building is very unappealing as well, with it's lofty exposed ceiling on the inside, that makes it feel like a factory or a garage or something other than a cozy coffee shop. It just lacks any warmth. Then when the weather permits and you sit outside, you find yourself on the backside of the structure, facing empty lots that are waiting to be developed. The product is the best thing about your experience at this location, but even that can be hit or miss here. The service at many times throughout the day, can bring customers to look at their watches time and time again as they wait for their drinks. Cleanliness in general is good but, tables don't get wiped down inside or out. This tends to be inconvenient for those who come to study and work on computers, because you have to ask for an employee to wipe the table off or do it yourself. The mixing station where you put your cream and sugar in your coffee, on many occasions has been piled up with trash, sticky and at times missing cream and sweeteners. Many times I just grab the sweetener I desire from under the station myself where they store the different products. There's just a lack of awareness by the employees working there. It might not all be the fault of the employees, it's also just the type of atmosphere you get from a company that isn"t as concerned about customer experience as it is profit. The overall experience of this Starbucks (and I'm sure many other Starbucks locations) is; cold and indifferent, with distant, mindless, robotic interaction with employees selected to embrace a specific ideology of our current lost society, that promotes "love" that is anything but. The old Starbucks location and staff were far more appealing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust like all Starbucks, it depends on who makes the drink, as to how it tastes. Came here yesterday and ordered an espresso Frappuccino with soy milk at the drive thru.. waited 18 minutes to get my drink and by the time I got it, it was melted. So I had them remake it and they seemed annoyed that they had to make me another one. When.they remade it, I watched them use the milk container instead of the blue soy container they are supposed to use and the Frappuccino tasted awful.. it was so bitter that it wasnāt even drinkable. I walked inside with my drink in hand and waited another 10 minutes and asked the guy at the register for a refund. He was very pleasant about it but even though Iām a gold card member I decided I will not be returning to Starbucks for coffee again .. this place is too inconsistent with making drinks and the wait is not worth it. Dunkin Donuts has faster service and their iced lattes are always good so thatās my new go to place for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was feeling really down this morning, decided to start my day with one of my favorite Starbucks drinks, I stopped by and had the pleasure of having Jahleil as the person helping me. The wonderful customer service this young man provided was outstanding. He did not even know what kind of day I was having as I did not express how down I was and he was on top of his game with his attitude, his kindness and overall customer service skills. I wish more people would be like this young man. No one knows what someone is going through on a day to day basis and the fact that he not only met a customers expectations but exceeded their expectations says a lot to me as a customer. Thank you Jahleil and Starbucks for having such a great person be a part of your team and thank you Heather for talking to me today and hearing about my experience with Jahleil. I contacted customer service and told them about my wonderful experience, I hope you get to see...
