Firstly, no one answers the store's phone anytime that I call after going through the automated phone system. Google shows that your store is open until midnight, as well as your storefront shows that Thursday Friday and Saturday you are open till midnight. We drove all the way down to King Street from downtown Summerville to find out that there was no way for anybody to help us. This is poor customer treatment when hours are stated that you are open. This is even more irritating due to the fact of gas prices, this trip cost us between 30 and 40 dollars, when it would have easily not happened If you took initiative to simply change your hours on your storefront and contacted Google to adjust the listing of improper hours. I recommend that you contact Google have them change your hours and also change the hours on your storefront or update the photos on your web page site if you have changed hours on the doors. Also, FYI there are other reviews stating no matter when the called the store it rang again and again. He then proceeded to tell me about a pax 3 handheld vape. I told him we weren’t really interested in a hand held. He swore up and down that it was their most popular vaporizer and worked really well. I had heard bad things about hand helds so I was very skeptical. He assured me that they had a 14 day return policy and if I didn’t like it I could return it. 2 days after buying I try to return it and they say they don’t do returns unless it is broken. And by the way it’s a 7 day defective return so he was wrong even on the amount of days. Basically they stole $200 of my money. And if you read reviews below you will see similar complaints. The salesperson recommended we "upgrade" and buy the Exxus Vaporizer, which we did, as well as bottles of the flavored fluid to fill it with. We had the vaporizer for less than 24 hours, and the mouthpiece broke off. It had been used only 4 times, by one user. When I contacted Red Light, I was told there was absolutely nothing they could do. They refuse to take it back or exchange it ("Once you walk out of the store, there is legally nothing we can do"). They do not stand behind what they sell and make no effort to assist when there is a problem. There is no warranty, and you are told to contact the manufacturer for replacement or refund.
