First let me state that I LOVE Pandora!! My husband asks what do you want for this special occasion….most of the time it’s Pandora. Stop by South Park Mall Pandora yesterday in hope to find a resolution to the rose gold link bracelet that I purchased online smaller than I wanted and link I purchased with I was confused on to how to add. A store employee appointed to me who was flat but improved with time. The issue is an aggressive employee who came and stood beside me, ( too close) who I thought needed the bar of charms that I was looking at, so I said “ oh am I holding you up with this” she said no I’m just being nosy”. Frustrating, disappointing and disrespectful. Instantly I got the you don’t be lone in here. From that moment she hovered and hovered, watched and did not blink until I checked out. I COULD NOT shop in PEACE!!!! I was hoping to get several more items for my daughters for Mother’s Day but was distracted. When I left the store my daughters said mom did she see that lady watching you. I said I did and unfortunately she has issues with trust within herself. I’m a nurse of 30 years, my daughter a nurse and other daughter is speech therapy assistant. There is NOTHING there worth my license nor do I have the mental caliber to take something that I have not paid for. Don’t judge people by appearances 99% of the time you’re wrong. I attached my points so she can see I enjoy SPENDING my well earned money at Pandora and that I’m a gold member. In stead is being nosy and judgmental and helpful maybe you could’ve earned commission. Respect ALL shoppers...
Read moreMy daughter was given a gift, a ring, in Dec. 2023 from a store in Carolina Place Mall. However, the size was a little big, so she went to exchange. However, they said that they don't have a smaller size and she should come later for replacement. Even after 2 month, they did not have the size and suggested we try South Park Mall store. I went to the store yesterday at ~4:30 PM, when it was completed empty. Met with "Jessica" and told her why I was there and who sent me. Without even checking if she had a small size ring, she replied - We are corporate store and no connection with Carolina Place Mall franchise store. I asked her to call Carolina Place Mall franchise store as they sent me; she point blank refused. I asked her, if she was the manager; she replied we all are managers. On asking if they have a visiting card (being corporate and all), her reply was "no". I said I will put my review online, go replied "go ahead".
This is the worst attitude I have seen towards a customer who has been to their store 4-5 times to replace a simple ring. She did not even have an ounce of empathy toward the customer nor a slight willingness/intend to help the customer and she is working at one of the most upscale mall in Charlotte.
If this is the attitude of corporate employees, I cannot imagine what kind of support these franchise...
Read moreToday July 1st, decided to purchase the cruise ship charm for wife and daughter. I called the South Park location and spoke to a young woman and inquire about my desired purchase. I advised her I wish to purchase two charms. She advised me there was only one available. So I requested her to hold it for me till I get there personally to purchase the charm. I am a frequent shopper at Pandora and this location. I brought the wife and dauhhter with intentions to purchase my item and another charm for my daughter. As I was being serviced at the counter, the sales rep brought out my desired charm and offered a suggestion for my daughter. I looked at the charms within the case and found another Cruise Ship charm. I told the rep of my finding and wanted that one also. Then I also saw an additiinal four more charms on display within the showcase. At that point I was somewhat disillusioned by the training of the rep who assisted me and the unknown rep I spoke with on the phone. As a frequent Pandora shopper for my two ladies in my life, there was no apology or even a incentive off given for my next purchase, which I intend to accomplish in a week or two.
