The North Face Southpark Mall — Local services in Charlotte

On 8/22/2025 is when my son and I visited this location for the first time. It was the absolute BEST experience that we have ever had shopping at a store. The store is VERY clean and organized. The atmosphere is also welcoming. There were 2 ladies working and they were so sweet, kind, and helpful. There was a lady with beautiful curly brown hair who was putting up merchandise as we walked in. She didn't notice us when we walked in, but as soon as she looked up and seen us she came over to wave and greet us! We live an hour away. That is rare service for us in our area. The other lady at the register was awesome as well. I explained to her that my son needs a rain jacket for school this year. She immediately ran to assist us with finding a good size for him and offered to help us search online if we could not find one in store. We were able to pick him out a nice rain jacket and me a beanie for this winter. I have shopped TNF online for almost 10 years, but I am in love with this store and its customer service. Corporate if you see this review. Please acknowledge the 2 ladies who were working yesterday. They are AMAZING! We will be back soon for winter...

If I could give this store a 0 I would . I went there yesterday to buy my daughter 2 jackets . When I first walked in the guy stated he would show me to the discount jackets . I said sir I’m looking for a specific jacket for my daughter . They were following me avd my daughter around the store the entire time . When we decided on 2 jackets for her . We went to the counter to pay for the jackets , the cashier stated the total was 355.60 . I presented my debit card she looked at me and stated she needed to see ID because that was company policy . I thought that was odd because with a debit card there’s a pin you have to put in to make a purchase . There was a white guy standing right next to me and he was never asked for any ID . Fast forward today . I had a white guy call and inquire about a coat and he stated he wanted to come in the store and purchase a jacket and all he had was a check card , he asked did he have to show ID and the manager stated no . I called back and confronted him about my situation the day before and he lied that oh that’s company Policy when he told the guy before , he didn’t need any ID . Thank you very much for the excellent customer service and I am very thankful to Store Manager (Paige) and Assistant Manager (Matt) and District Manager (Billy) for helping and resolving the poor service that I recently experienced at TNF, Georgia Premium Outlet. “Thank you” word isn’t enough to appreciate your excellent service.
