My husband and I went in last night (1/12) an hour before closing. The two guys that were working were friendly, however the girl was EXTREMELY rude. We bought two brand new skates and she was annoyed we wanted them sharpened close to closing (15 minutes until closed and we were told they come with a free sharpening). I offered to come back tomorrow when they opened and one of the guys said it’s no problem to sharpen them now. We wanted the boxes to take them home in and overheard her tell her coworker “they want the box but don’t give it to them”. The area for ski boots is small, boots were in no order of size, men's or women's... so many boots on the floor you couldn't get to the ones on the shelf. The worst part was we received NO help from anyone that worked there. There was 4 employees at the front counter (right next to the ski boots) more interested in their conversations with each other than helping customers. The Minnetonka location is much more helpful.
