Been going here for over 10 years the employees all know me and greet me and we have fun conversations. Today the owner taught me just how he feels about his loyal customers. While in a long line for the register because the owner didnât have other staff one of the beer cans I had in my hand slipped out and started to spill beer all over. I immediately grabbed it covered up the hole in the can so it wouldnât leak more. Then grabbed paper towels, I wiped up the counters and the floor while apologizing. The owner gave me dirty looks and charged me for the beer, I asked did you just charge me for that? The reply was âYeah! You break it you buy it!â There was no thanks for cleaning up, or acknowledging that I apologized. When I replied that I would not be coming back the owners reply was âGoodâ! This owner does not care about their customers. He only wants your money and does not care how long youâve been a customer, or how loyal you have been to them. Total Wine has better prices, Target just across Pioneer Trail has better prices, and discounts, Intown wine and Spirits across 41 near Kwik Trip also has better prices and all of them at least care about their customers. Donât support this business and its owner that doesnât appreciate his clientele. Heâs like a wanna be gangster with his f you, pay me attitude.    Read moreI was denied service, an employee grabbed my ID. Without looking he stated that the ID wasnât mine. He then proceeded to lift his hands above his head and laugh. I asked if the other cashier could look at my ID and he said I would have to leave the store and come back in. I left the store and returned; I grabbed the same liquor and brought it up to the register. Then they proceeded to say âoh manâ and laughed again and said they arenât gonna sell me the liquor. I am going on 26 years old and have served this country in the U.S Army with one deployment to Iraq. To be laughed at and made into a joke is not acceptable. After being laughed at, I asked for their names and they told me I need to leave or the cops will be called on me. I then asked for their names again and they said âummmm⌠nopeâ. I later called several times asking for their names or to speak to a manager and they responded with âWhy?â I responded with because Iâd like to leave a review and they said âummm⌠nope, I donât think I will.â And hung...
   Read moreOrdered a full keg of michelob golden light here last summer, called the day before to check and make sure it was going to be on track. The employee promised me it would be there. Went in Saturday morning and they âcouldnât find my orderâ. Employee said he would give me two half kegs, one of bud light, one of coors light. Fine, I understand mistakes are made, things happen. I was willing to settle with that but the worker wouldnât even knock a few bucks off for their mistake or the fact I wasnât getting the beer I wanted. He was legitimately rude about it like it was our fault that they messed up. We went to the location in Waconia because they had an extra keg on hand.
