Felt very unwelcome here. We went in to get a shirt and were looking around for a minute. my 1 1/2 year old picked up a dog frisbee and was walking around with it (this was never in my child’s mouth?). The person working knelt down and told him to put it back. (it’s a dog frisbee.. how can he hurt it? How did she know we weren’t going to buy it? I was considering it) I was with him the whole time, watching him to make sure he wasn’t messing anything up. She stayed knelt down in front of him telling him to put it back until I ripped it out of his hands and put it back. - yes it’s necessary to remove it from his hands as quickly as i can when a stranger is in his face trying to tell him what to do, i’m going to remove us from the situation ASAP. Needless to say, we didn’t make a purchase after that and left immediately. So just a forewarning if you’ve made it this far, not a child friendly place. I stumbled upon this store while on a work trip in Chattanooga. They have an awesome selection, friendly staff and their customer service is above and beyond!! To no fault of the store, their internet went down and had to call the owner to assist with running the transaction (which took no extra time hardly - and things happen!!) well after I left, the store clerk found me at a local nearby restaurant and gave me two super cute tumblers for having to wait. Not only did this make day, I’m blown away at how thoughtful!! And to take the time to locate me (the clerk did recommend a nearby restaurant so she knew where to find me!) I’m in awe at this kind gesture. Just a friendly reminder to support local businesses! I will return when I’m back...

This place is a gem and I highly recommend this store to everyone! I was visiting from out of town and was drawn to the 'Life is Good' message. The owners Roy and Jacqui were incredibly helpful and fun to talk to, as was the lady that helped me at checkout. I was especially excited to find a funny white cotton t-shirt that wasn't see through - this is a really rare find in female fashion these days. It was also easy to find gifts for my friends and family, because there were plenty of options that appealed to everyone.
