I've been a longtime Anthropologie customer and always enjoy shopping online, so visiting a store in person is a rare and exciting treat for me. The store looked beautifulāwell-stocked and invitingāand it wasnāt very busy during my visit.
Unfortunately, I didnāt feel very seen as a customer. While I noticed other shoppers being offered totes or assistance when carrying multiple items, I had an armful myself and wasnāt approached at all. After a while, I gave up hoping someone might offer help and couldnāt even find a staff member to ask directly.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently called Anthropology store on Chicago Ave, Chicago, IL and was blown away by the exceptional service and help that I received from Amber (one of the managers). From the moment I got on the phone and explain to her my problem it was right away handle with the out most care and resepect.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning for all my shopping needs. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great selection of high-quality products and exceptional...

the worst was the cashier who rang me out. all 3 cashiers were busy folding and when they saw I wanted to check out, the girl who eventually did looked annoyed.
when she stuffed my cream sweater into a bag, I asked her if she could wrap it in tissue first, and she took it out and again looked annoyed that she was asked. she was sharp the rest of the transaction.
iām glad I didnāt finish doing my holiday shopping there, and to be honest, Iām going to shop...
