Ulta Beauty — Local services in Pocatello

My sister and I went into this ulta location today to buy some make up and our experience was HORRIBLE! We both have babies and so we were using our strollers and we were followed the whole time we were in there. The employees wouldn't leave us alone and let us find the products we needed. When we first walked in there was this lady and as soon as she seen us she started talking to the employees and said watch the two girls with the strollers really close. They treated us like we had stolen something which we DID NOT! My sister only buys her makeup from ulta and she spends a whole bunch of money every year there. The employees made us feel so uncomfortable we just got our things and got out of there. When we were up at the counter paying my sister confronted the cashier and asked why we were being treated this way and her response was "well last week someone came in with a stroller and stole a bunch of stuff". So basically she was saying that they thought we were going to do the same! This was ridiculous! We will be calling corporate and letting them know about this. And we will NOT be going back to this store! If you don't want people coming in with strollers then get some carts so people don't have to use strollers. And we will let our friends and family know not to go...

ok so this store is full of really snotty women. a couple weeks ago I went in to the store and most of the snots were not helpful and very judgmental. You know the kind that look down their nose at you if you aren't to familiar with make-up. its always like this but sadly they have the best selection of make-up......well I came in for foundation, the salon manager helped me, very patient with me and helped me get the perfect color, we chatted a bit and she asked about my hair care and what I liked and didn't like about my hair, I decided to get my hair colored by her that day. she was fantastic!!! She did exactly want I wanted. rescheduled with her for this week.... So disappointed to hear that she was terminated. The best stylist they had and she is gone now . this store has never had a decent salon they never have anyone there to do hair and they FINALLY get someone with some talent and they fire her after only 6 months because she cant repair the past 4 years of damage fast enough. pathetic. I shop here very often and have spent a lot of money here. Way too much. I have always been very satisfied with their makeup and service and I LOVE their brow bar. However, I wen there to get a hair cut and it was a disaster. First the lady had me stand up the entire time for a 45 minute hair cut. That was not a relaxing experience. Them when she finished I pulled my hair forward and one side was over an inch longer. She tried to act like it was my doing like "oh well if you wear your hair forward blah blah" like pulling your hair in front of your shoulders was something only I do. So I asked her to fix it and she had no idea how to. After having to ask another lady what to do, 20 more minutes and 2 inches I had had enough. That is not a hair school and that is unacceptable.
