After waiting since April to receive not only the wrong necklace and name plate. The took money off after being told for weeks that it be ready. Then to receive it and it was not what I asked for. After being told so many excuses, he’d rather give me money back instead of getting the necklace made correctly. I asked for it to double plated with Franco necklace. I got some cheap made put together order. Completely unprofessional. When I asked for it to be fixed and made correctly he told me he didn’t want to serve me. I was more than confused. This place isn’t what customer service should...

This my Opinion don’t do it…. What’s the saying??? If it to good to be true then it to good be true…. They don’t answer there phone… I had to post this picture on there fb page to get a call back smh I paid 1000 and only had the cheap made ring less then a month.. yes the owner offered to fix it but why waste my time I rather have my money… after he said he was goin to fix it he blocked me on the book like I don’t have 3 or 4 page …. God don’t like ugly that why I don’t support black own business… I rather give my money to...

So my left one fits and my right one wiggles like a loose tooth had to pull it out just to make sure I wasn't losing a tooth I tried to call back it get it redone because I'm outta state and nobody ever answered nor gotten back to me if anything I'll take my money back n got to the other one my mom's took me too as a kid but I went with these guys because my beastie went there n my sister hopefully yall see this...
