Lids — Local services in Citrus Heights

Drove across town to purchase a hat that was on hold- called the store while en route to let him know I was on my way. He said he was taking his break. No where did he say the store would be closed when I arrived!!. Waited in front of the store for some time….the employee came back to drop his water off and said he would be back in another 15 minutes. At no point offered to ring in my hat so I could be on my way. Absolutely horrible customer service would never shop...

Great selection of hats at an affordable price, Good customer service during our visit. JJ was a great salesman, Actually talked me into purchasing another hat during my visit. Only reason I’m leaving 4 stars is because we were robbed shortly after departing through the food court. Lost both hats and all our belongings, Including my car keys.. Luckily We were able to hangout by the car until help arrived. Still a great mall despite its slow dilapidation over these...

Love lids! This store is in a rundown mall and the staff is helpful but they have the enthusiasm other lids locations may be missing at times. Nice dudes every time. I shop hats online too much now for the in store appeal... Oh well if i need customization...
