Noodles and Company has become a go to for my daughter since she went plant based last year. I hadn't tried them much because I don't eat a lot of pasta often. I have tried a couple of dishes now but, this 3rd time around was pretty tasty and I had no complaints. I like and prefer thin noodles so my daughter pointed out a dish on the menu that I had overlooked so I gave it a try. She got her usual cavatoppi noodles I think with a pesto cream sauce. I tried the new Japanese Pan noodles and added chicken. It was good, reasonably priced and I would order it again.. 😋 Our one takeaway is the customer service wasn't that great, quoting wrong pricing to my daughter when she's a regular at another location and usually gets the same thing and also barely filling her bowl when she got a size up. Her bowl had the same amount of foods mine was a small and she paid extra for medium size that wasn't full. My food was fine. The cashier wasn't very friendly and we had to keep going to ask for items that ate usually offered or given...
Read moreDisgusting service from the front end staff... Went with my roommate today and when we walked up to the register the cashier and another person wearing a baseball cap were talking about a takeout order. Once standing at the register the one girl looked at us, said nothing and continued talking with the person wearing the cap. We waited for 2 minutes and neither of them bothered to acknowledge we were standing there waiting patiently. I even turned to look at my roommate then at my watch and back at them... no one bothered to even greet or - anything.
We planned to get a decent amount of food...
But for overpriced noodles and poor service - heck with it!
We went to the nearby Jamba Juice and had quick, friendly service.... and at least walked away a happy customer.
Something the crew at this location seem to need alot of training in.... giving customers a...
Read moreI ordered a few things; first was the Japanese Pan w/ marinated steak, and I could not eat it. It was gross. Pretty sure it was frozen. It had no flavor and it came with spinach. I'm a lover of spinach, but some things just don't go with it and I thought this was one of them. The second order I bought was the Tuscan Fresca w/ Grilled Chicken and it was ok. Really watery, but ok flavor. Again, tasted like frozen food. With both orders I received a side, thai curry soup which was bland and mac and cheese which was the best part of all the food, but needed a little salt, no biggie. Overall, I was less then impressed. When I go out to eat I expect something better then I can make at home and this just wasn't it. Totally agree with the guy above, you can buy better frozen meals at the grocery store for...
