If I could rate this dishonest jeweler a minus rating I would. I brought my wife's ring in to have it cleaned and the mounting checked. I spoke with the manager (Nemo) and explained I wanted the mount done in Platinum and willing to pay for upgrade from white gold. Nemo checked it in and Inspected the ring and took photos. He assured me the service was guaranteed and could easily done, but needed to send it off-site to complete. After 3 weeks had lapsed and no communication from them I called the store. I was told the day before the ring was supposed to be returned to me from having the service done they didn't complete the repair. I was told the diamond had a chip on it under the mounting by the assistant store manger (Narinder). I immediately questioned the chips location and how that could be possible under the mount. She began to become a little nervous when I started questioning her about the damage reported and when that occurred. She indicated that her store manager was off for the day but she would leave a message for him and he would call me immediately first thing the next morning. That morning call never took place. I actually had to drive into the store to speak to the store manager. The store manager began to make excuses and say he knew the staff well that serviced the ring. He placed a call but yet had no photos of the damage. No indication of it being there prior to me dropping the ring off in the store. Looking at the mounting there's was no visible damage under a scope no chip seen. After nothing but excuses claiming no responsibility for any damage to the ring. I got a full refund and left the store. I told the manager I was going to get a second opinion of the damage reported from another reputable dealer and would get back to him once I found that information out. After taking it to another more reputable jeweler who took the stone out of the mount showed the stone to me under a scope and verified that there was no damage. After finding out that there was no damage and realizing that the story was completely fabricated, I would highly recommend you take your business to another reputable jeweler for any type of service. Read moreDon't not purchase from Kay!! Biggest mistake was choosing to purchase my wedding set, additional band and diamond earrings from this store. The customer service is beyond awful. I have had to send my wedding set sent out the times in the past 6 months for repairs and no it was not by any standards cheap. The last time it was sent it I recieve a phone call that it wasn't repaired correctly and they have to resend it for a THIRD time. The store calls my husband yesterday and said my ring was ready for pick up. He shows up today no ring. What?! The excuse UPS hasn't arrived yet. Umm. You called me and said it was ready. Secondly, Faud (sp?) Says this is not their problem it is nothing they did over and over again. FAUD whose fault is it?! I know it is not mine. No one intends to buy a wedding set try have fixed 3 times in less than two years. Faud inspected my ring when I brought it into the store a 4 weeks ago when I told him I was concerned my stones were loose. Inspected and said everything looked fine. I left thinking OK maybe I'm wrong but no I was pretty sure I could hear my center stone moving. I brought it back to have it reinspected the next weekend and sure enough MULTIPLE some were loose. Faud thank you for telling me it is not your guys fault and you call customer service because you had to go And had actual work to do.
Worse is I am not about to enjoy the wedding set my husband purchased for me. Every six months when I have to have it inspected I'll have to be reminded of the awful service your store provides. And trust Everytime I am in my local mall and pass by your store I will share my experience with your potential customers.

Read moreThe Manager here will mess up your proposal/wedding plans! Rifi Khalid tried to give me a ring that after engraving and sizing was left square not round with dots all over the engravement! She told us to come back to exchange only to tell us come back yet another day because the system won't let me do it. We do and she messes up yet again and does not follow our form for engraving and band comes back how she wrote it in her handwriting not how we wanted it. I have pictures look on yelp! 17 days pass until we call and told to wait another week until we tell her we need it for photos. She rush orders we come in 2 days later only to be enraged it was written in caps lock in her writing again not how i checked off the boxes. She wrote it for spelling purposes but it was not just written according to spelling but her font. An employee at pickup told us oh at the bottom it's written how it will go on the ring. So Kays, I'm an artist, you're telling me you train your employees to write in all the font options you have? You have got to be joking!!!! No you can't!!!! NO!!!! that is all lies you try to cover up your errors. So we return it and the band because of how many mistakes only to find out you returned only partial money. Customer service and Kays credit department both tried reaching out to RIFI and she wont answer to fix the problem not to them or us!! DON"T BUY HERE EVER.
