me and my friend were at the sunrise mall looking for dresses for our end of the school year dance and we went into california basics because we saw a lot of dresses that looked like they would fit my friend who is a little bigger than me and my friend was joking around by saying she’s fat and stuff and she grabbed a couple dresses she liked that were in her size and asked the lady to open the dressing room door for us and when she unlocked it, she said “you need to ask for help with the zippers, we don’t need you breaking them.” and then she walked away. then when i grabbed a dress i thought my friend might like, the guy that was working there snatched it out of my hand, and said “these are for skinny girls.” and then he said “are you guys just playing around or are you planning on buying something?” and i said “we are just looking.” then he said “we don’t need girls like you coming in here playing around and ripping/ruining the dresses.” then he walked away and stared at me the whole entire time while my friend was getting dressed and when my friend came out with the dresses, they were in the exact same condition they were in when we first walked in the store and he said “give me the dresses, i need to fix them.” and then we said very loud “we won’t be coming here again and we won’t tell our friends to come here and we are giving you a bad review.” and then we left. the man was fat shaming my friend , and being very...

When I tried to return something, they falsely marked the price as zero, making it seem like I had paid less than I actually did—a clear scam.
