We visited the Frankenmuth location on 11/25/23. They were busy which was expected considering the time of year. However, I could not get anyone to help me. Due to this, I took a pair of socks off the display because I couldn’t find another pair like that. I then waited in a very long line just to be told that they can’t sell display socks. Fine. So I then spent more time trying to find a different pair. I finally settled on a pair and after waiting in line again, purchased the socks. The next day (11/26/23), I was showing the socks to someone. I flipped up the tag and realized the socks were mismatched!! I live 90 miles away from this store. I immediately called and there was no answer. I left a message with my call back number. I also sent a very detailed email along with photos to their customer service/contact us email address. It is now 11/28/23 and I have still not heard back. I have tried calling twice today and still no answer. Although I am only out $15 for a pair of socks, this company’s lack of communication makes me determined to not waste my time nor money with their business.
