River Place Game Room — Local services in City of Frankenmuth

Whoever the older gentleman is that works the counter and gives prizes to kids is unprofessional. My son was playing the air hockey table game..as kids do one of the discs flew off. Here he comes in my son’s face telling him that’s not allowed. Excuse me? Isn’t this a game and in a kids area?? When we first walked in , my son ran in before me. We happened to be standing by the air hockey table and he touched one of the paddles. Here he comes again, coming up in his face.. when I kindly asked him to leave my son alone as I was his parent and standing right there. He continued to argue and be rude. When we were done with the table, and another family started using it. One of their kids happened to drop the paddle on the ground…I turned to see if this gentleman was going to say something to them. He did not. Which leads me to question why my child was singled out? This man is rude, he doesn’t need to be around children. He takes his arcade job a little too seriously. He was not welcoming at all....

Was there with my family a couple of weeks ago but was chased out by some kids after they threw a paddle thing for air hockey at my 3yo daughter and didn't even get an apology from the kid or the lady watching him. The clerk told them to stop it but the lady with them started screaming at the clerk violently and calling him racist and other awful names. We came back today and the clerk was still there. I thanked him for saying something to the kids but wished he would have done more because they almost hit my daughter. He apologized to us for the horrible experience and was an all around awesome guy. Sad that some people have to go out of their way being stupid just to make employees seem like...

I usually enjoy going here with my family just for a small outing, but recently I had quite an awful experience due to a rude employee. Me and my family hadn't known it was closing time because there was no announcement nor heads up and the rude employee yelled at us to leave in which we did. Well, at least we tried. Basically the door would not open and we went over towards him to ask for assistance opening the door but he continued to shout at us and not help us at all. He even tried pushing us out of the building but we found out how to open the door and we left.
