I’ve never given a review of any company, any product or anything before. But this was the worst and most disrespectful experience I have ever been part of when dealing with any company. It was more of a scam than an experience.
I gave them my old phone to backup. They couldn’t do that. I gave them my external hard drive to then only back up photos and videos. They couldn’t do that either. So then they advised I buy $100 worth of iCloud storage to back up the phone that way. Guess what? That didn’t work either and it took them 2 weeks to let me know when it’s supposed to take only a couple of days (I called multiple times). They gave me my phone and hard drive back and charged me another $162 for performing absolutely no service and getting nothing done for me whatsoever after I was proactively calling and going to the office to see if there is anything I could do to help the situation. Completely incapable of coming up with any sort of solution and still charging me $162 after making me pay $100 for iCloud services. So, they are simply not good at what they do and I have come to understand that after over a month of wasting my time. Now I am unsure if my phone provider will accept the phone for a trade in after all this time.
The WORST part, other than their lack of technological capabilities, is the customer service. Rude people who always reply “I have to check the notes and call you back” never giving any further details (That is if you are able to even get them on the phone). No manager ever jumped in to assist or explain anything. They are extremely vague with all details and it was so easy to sense how they did not care about my issues at all. I was very patient throughout the whole process, but this place is absolutely the WORST when it comes to tech needs and customer service. They were unable to fix my computer, or they had solved one problem but then accidentally undid it and gave it to me with no fix at all, nothing, the same things not working and charged me $160+. I paid the bill. Instead of continuing to work on fixing it they yelled at me, hung up on me, and blamed me. I had returned the laptop to them. I was trying to get an idea of whether they would get back to working on the problem. Because I need it for work and was considering having to get something else, a replacement, quickly. All their screaming really upset me and I wound up canceling an evening plan that I had looked forward to. A celebration and food with a bunch of friends. I also would not go upstairs into their office. This is the worst technology experience. And if you see that they’ve criticized me as their response, you’ll have an inkling of what I went through.    Read moreAfter not receiving a call back for a week, I called & found out my item could not be fixed. That was fine, but when I paid them & picked up item they lost my power supply. Was told it was past closing and needed to come back another day. They would not even look for it. Was treated like it was my fault. Behavior was completely unprofessional. They were angry at me. When I came back to pick up power supply, there was a sign they closed early. had to make a 3rd trip. Avoid this business, horrible attitude & lack of responsibility.
