Lori is very patient and an excellent teacher. The class, Gentle Pilates, is perfect for a beginner...There's max 4 people to a class so it is very hands on...It is a great workout and each session is different so it is not boring and repetitive. Lori has created a space that is very welcoming for everyone. She has curated a great play list for the studio and it keeps you moving.
