Worst nail salon experience of my life — stay far away from this place, especially from Yuki. I went in for an acrylic fill with one broken nail. Instead of being careful, she pressed down hard on my broken nail even after I told her it was extremely painful. Then she actually tried to lift the broken nail, and when I told her it hurt, she snapped at me saying I should “shut up and suffer or she wouldn’t do it at all.” If that wasn’t enough, she started screaming in her own language at a man there, clearly about me, with such hostility and aggression that I felt completely disrespected and humiliated.

When I asked for the same color I already had, they didn’t even have it. A professional would offer solutions, but instead she rudely told me I had to take an ugly color she had or just leave. Again, all while yelling angrily at the staff in front of me. After reading many positive reviews, I was excited for my visit, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to expectations. From the moment I walked in, the process felt very rushed. I came in for gel extension removal and a gel manicure - the nail technician used only a drill to remove the extensions, without using any form of an acetone soak. This method left my natural nails paper-thin, damaged and extremely sensitive. At some points of her drilling, I felt a bit of pain when she got closer to the flesh/pink parts of my natural nails. As a result, my natural nails have started breaking off along with the gel manicure. I really appreciate going here. I have worked with: Helen, Linda, Ana and each time I walk out knowing my nails/toenails are perfect. I hate when I leave a place and I regret going in. That's not happening here. You pay $12 for 10 min massage during your pedi or while you're getting nails done. Admittedly, do 30 min. 10 on feet, 20 on shoulders. This time I wanted to try stiletto on my natural nails and Ms.Ana did the thing!! I also love going in and the gentleman who greets you and sets you up is always the kindest, most welcoming.
