07/18/2025 I've purchased things in the store and had jewelry repaired many times in the past. Today was the worst experience I have ever encountered! I came in to have a piece of jewelry repaired. The man was so rude ,he stayed in the back told me I had to wait 3 minutes so that he could finish eating , and insisted I wait and refused to come out and serve me. Yesterday I was walking down Mamaroneck Avenue and realized my watch had stopped working due to the battery. I kept walking, and luckily, there was a jewelry store on the next block. I went to this place to get a new watch battery and clean my jewelry. I gave him my wedding band, which I had for many years. In return, my wedding band, one of my diamonds, was broken or replaced with a broken one. I asked what happened, and he replied you may have broken it, and I responded that it was not given to you like this. He blamed me instead of taking responsibility.
