First visit, I had the Beef Meat Ball Calzone and for my wife a pastrami sandwich. Second visit I had Philly Cheese Steak Calzone and for my wife Beacon and egg on a roll. I would always see those “calzones” at shops but didn’t know what it was called or what it comes with. Giovanni named them all but didn’t tell me it comes with ricotta cheese, which I’m not a fan of. So on my second visit I got something else. Beacon on the egg sandwich wasn’t well cooked. Giovanni, deli women and cashier all friendly and welcoming.

We came here to get a treat and relax, continues to be a horrible experience. I got an almond horn and it basically almost broke my teeth. The staff is nice but only physically there - mentally somewhere else. When they are not texting you will get their full attention. I took a picture to show the wonderful peaceful view we had while enjoying our treat. This place has so much potential but sad to see it in this way. The prices speak of a fancy eatery - not this. Very high priced. I probably won’t come back here.

Come here for the best bacon egg & cheese in White Plains in the mornings. Just make sure the buff looking Spanish dude with the gel'ed hair makes it for you as he knows how to make a good one 👌that being said, the others need to learn a bit from him. Took a star because I haven't had anything else from here but the BECs so it wouldn't be fair to just go off that!

I walked in hoping sit down and order brunch and work remotely while I waited for my attorney /colleague to get out of his appearance in the Supreme Court. I asked the hostess if the restaurant had WiFi. She rudely brushed me off and said I don’t know maybe the owners have it. I asked her if she could please ask the owners. She goes to the back and leaves me in the front waiting. I noticed that she’s walking around talking to other coworkers, mind you the restaurant is empty. I finally walk to the back stand to the side hoping a manager would come over but no, I find her finally and I asked her about the WiFi and if she was planning to find out the information. One of the managers or owners comes out and I let him know that she was very rude to me. And he goes “she’s not rude”, listen I’m all for standing up for your employees but in this situation the lady was in fact very rude and given me attitude from the moment I walked in, he didn’t even know what happened. I told him she is very rude and I will take my money and business somewhere else. I highly suggest eating anywhere else. It’s sad because when I’m in the area for court their aren’t a lot of lunch options. Unfortunately, there’s one less location to eat...

I used to come here frequently for the past few years. The service was always great and the food was always "quick" to pick up. Apparently that all ended today. It took 45 mins for someone to attend to my order at the deli with two people serving customers and only one person ahead of myself. The server at the pizza station looked bored watching these two servers at the deli attend to customers as his line for pizza was nonexistent. After finally ordering a simple chicken wrap at the counter, I asked for two crab cakes. After the server rung them up, I looked at the price on the container and it was marked for close to $30. The server tried to charge me $44.99 per pound for two crab cakes. I gave it back to him and just left this establishment. I won't be coming back here again as it looks like they lost interest in their customer base and lost their quality in food control. The servers takes incredibly way to long to handle customers for simple food requests and when a line does start to form the servers at the other stations just twiddle their thumbs. With the increasing amount of other food establishments in the White Plains area, I would totally...

This place is absolutely amazing. My boyfriend took me here a few weeks back with hopes of purchasing a bakery good that he used to get all the time when he lived in White Plains. Upon entering, I was shocked to see that this normal looking store from the outside, had transformed into bakery heaven on the inside. It was a delightful surprise to smell the sweet scent of every type of muffin, cupcake, cookie, and cake being displayed in neat glass shelves all across the store. The cashiers were extremely friendly and had the patience to explain any questions I had about the contents of each baked good. They even offered us samples of certain muffins and giant garlic/sesame sticks. I walked out of there with a bag full of goodies, and the price wasn't bad at all for such delicious treats. This place is a must for anybody traveling to White Plains. There are plenty of tables and chairs to sit down and enjoy the sights of White Plains out the window, while having a freshly baked, intricately...
