Worst Service. The girl on duty doesn’t help me to solve just simple problem on my pin account. When I came first time she said she don’t know and wait for the guy to came at 1pm. Even she didn’t try to call anybody in the office or do something. I came second time the guy is there and her. She still insisting to go to T Mobile cause they will fix it. These guys are terrible. I got a plan I didn't request (of course, a more expensive one), which means I got charged more. Didn't even get a receipt and got a vague explanation when I asked for details of what I was paying for ("it's the cost of the sim card, how do expect us to give you a free sim card?"). They set the PIN and security questions on my account and didn't share them with me, so calling customer service was another nightmare.
