I have purchased art from this store & brought my own pieces in to have them framed. They always do an amazing job. Just recently I had something framed & while trying to hang it, I dropped it & damaged the frame. I went back to the store to have them reframe it again. When I went to pick it up, they told me they weren’t charging me. They replaced & reframed it for free. I was fully prepared to pay for what was my mistake & never expected them to do that for me. I already was a loyal customer based on my previous experiences but with this above & beyond customer service, they will always be where I turn when I need something framed.
