Do not under any circumstances TRUST THIS STORE. My wife inherited her grandmothers' 40th wedding anniversary ring. She took the ring in for cleaning and Daniel's Jewelers DESTROYED THE DETAILING! Its center stone was surrounded by detail leaf designs with antique blackening for enhancing details. SHE SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE JEWELER TO NOT REMOVE THE ANTIQUE DETAILING. The jeweler, if you'd call them that; polished the antique off the ring, to the point that they also destroyed the leaf design, making it impossible to repair.
When we went to pick up the ring we couldn't believe our eyes. This is not a replaceable object. Initially Diego Vasquez, the costumer service/sale representative acted sorry for his stores incompetence. He initially offered to have the ring reblackened. We later found out, over the phone, that it was not possible because the detials had been rubbed out from excessive polishing. At this point we just simply asked that the ring be returned. They agreed not to charge anything for destroying/polishing all of the detail off the ring, and for completely failing to follow the wishes of my wife.
HOWEVER; after returning to the store Diego Vasquez has now told me that my wife's ring will not be returned without paying $32.

The $32 means nothing. But the lies and absolute recklessness care, of my wife's ring that has intrinsic value beyond measure, has sickened us tremendously.
My wife's ring is still at Daniel's Jewelers Store at...
Read moreI brought my wedding ring into this jeweler to get it resized — a ring I originally purchased from them 2.5 years ago. From the start, I was told the jeweler was out of town and that it would take 3 weeks to get my ring back. Totally fine, I was okay with that timeline. They asked if I wanted the ring cleaned and the prongs tightened, and I said yes, as long as they gave me a quote before doing any work. Fast forward 12 days — I hadn’t heard a single thing, so I called to check in. At first, they couldn’t even find the envelope with my ring in it (!!), and only after some time did they call back to say they’d found it — but still no quote. 16 days later (just 5 days before I was scheduled to pick it up), they finally called with a quote of $350. I said that was ridiculous, and suddenly it was, “Well, we can just resize it without the extras for $60.” I agreed to that. Then — 3 days before pickup — they called AGAIN and said it was now going to be $100, because apparently they can’t resize it without adjusting the prongs. So why wasn’t that communicated in the first place? They had my ring for over two weeks before giving any quote — it's not like they hadn’t seen it. When I questioned this, the response I got was, “We’re actually giving you a deal.” At that point, I just told them not to do anything and that I’d pick up my ring as-is. I really wanted to trust this business since I bought my ring from them originally, but the lack of communication, disorganization, and shifting prices were extremely frustrating and disappointing. Definitely won't...
Read moreWe went to pick up my ring this morning the employees there were essentially clueless which was annoying. They couldnt resize my ring to they size I needed but still managed to charge me the resizing fee which I thought was ridiculous. I’m not happy at all the ring I bought there keeps falling off which again is annoying. I think I’m going to just return it this week. UPDATE : it’s been a month and 4 diamonds have fallen off my ring and there’s been no attempt by management to correct the wrongs this place...
