Went in when they opened for the new Gundam TCG release. I was “allowed” to buy a starter deck and ONE booster pack. That’s right, ONE single booster pack. Why would anyone waste their morning showing up BEFORE open just to buy ONE booster pack? The truly baffling ignorance came next when the owner said that “a lot of people are wanting this set” As I look around at the ghost town and no one waiting in line other than me. Are there really “a lot” of people that want it? Then where were they? After being accused of reselling by the resellers behind the counter, I had to open the pack before I left. I really don’t know how they could say that it’s because of resellers when they have an entire wall behind them of products listed at scalper prices. Isn’t that funny? You can’t buy two or more booster packs because the scalper owners want to project onto you for being a big fan of the hobby. It’s crazy to me that a new business would rather walk customer who are willing to spend a lot of money just so they can be the white knight and sit on products for weeks/months for the “hypothetical” customer to come in that wants to buy them. I will never give this business my money, since they made it clear that they don’t even want it. Thankfully Nashcards isn’t too far away and I was able to score a full booster box because they know how to run a business. Got some...

Brought my kids in to have their first experience buying Pokemon cards. My wife and I were very impressed with the courtesy the staff showed us and our young kids. They had Dragon Ball Z on the TV, which our kids are too young to watch, and the staff member offered to turn it off without our asking.

They have a cool Pokemon card vending machine that the kids can use. $1 = 1 Token = 5 cards. If you're looking for specific cards, you go through their website and they'll pull them for you out of the back.
