Went in on Tues. asked about game sale-employee didn't know when it would end-"probably this week". When I went to counter to ask he had his headphones on, and his nose in his phone (I was NOT the only customer in there) and did not even hear me until I repeated it louder! He was paying no attention to the store. Merchandise could have walked right past him & out the door & he'd never see it. Went in Thurs. to buy some games-sale all over-sure would have helped if he knew on Tues. when the sale would end. You lost a good sale and I lost out on a bargain. Lose-lose. Today the back of the store was piled high with unopened boxes, and the desk & chair at the counter were completely filled with merchandise. There also are a lot of items without prices marked. There is an after holiday sale of 50% off everything in the store. I called for a specific Star Wars product that this location had. Clerk confirmed over the phone the only one they have was ringing up at discount. I rushed out here from downtown that hour. The Red Bearded Bald Owner was the one who greeted me and said its full price and that the clerk made a mistake. No, she didn't. He doesn't want to sell it and honor his advertised discount. One of the best shopping experiences I've had. Came in looking to buy something for my niece for Easter, the manager/worker was very informative regarding trending toys and games...
