HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered something online to be picked up in store. I was given the wrong item. I go back in to get the price difference since I was already given the run around by two other locations. I was told by customer service to go in the store so I did. I get to the store and they can't help me because a manager wasn't there. The girl was rude as soon as I stepped in the store and she admitted she knew she gave me the wrong item before I picked it up. She raised her voice and cussed at me. Not once was she polite or had any type of customer service. I will never shop at the Wespointe location again let alone Sallys in general. It's unfortunate my favorite straightener after 10+ years broke and 2 other locations knew how to do their job and not give me the wrong product. Otherwise I wouldn't of had to...

My granddaughter & I visited the Hilliard Rome Rd Sally’s today (next to Walmart). Our service was superb! Rain was working that day and was very nice. My point to my review is that the store is in a very unsafe location. I was surprised to see her working by herself. The store is tucked back in a very high crime area, I absolutely would not shop there at night. This is a big ask, but I guarantee it would help your business. Please move this store to a safer location, maybe down further close to Target. It’s a huge liability to have these young ladies working in this store alone. I made 3 terrible mistakes with color and just stopped because I didn’t want to damage it anymore. Fast forward 2 months. I randomly walked in to Sally’s in the Westpointe plaza. A girl named Gabbi was the only one in the store. I asked if there was any hope and she recommended 2 products and was quite sure they would work. I was very skeptical but I’ve been so depressed about my hair that I bought them. That was yesterday. This morning I applied the products and they worked. It looks so nice and feels healthy.
