Horrible! I had a great experience here the first time I went for a pedicure here a few months ago, So I took my friend for his birthday for us to get pedicures together. One lady started my water for my feet. She never turned it off and when I put my feet in, water went all over the place, and they treated me like it was my fault. Trying to be cordial, I apologized even though it wasn't my fault, and they just ignored me and started talking to each other, and although we couldn't understand them, from their mannerisms and tone it was pretty clear they were talking quite negatively about us. And the water was scalding hot. It burned. It burned her when she was trying to get the water to drain... She couldn't get her hands in it. I guess she got her revenge for having to clean up all the water by giving me one of the most painful experiences of my life - it was like medieval torture. When she was trimming the nails, she went way up along the sides under the cuticle, and it felt like someone jabbing bamboo under my toenails. And not just for a second, but for a prolonged time. When she had the grinder, she proceeded to grind not only the front of the toenails, but the fresh, tender skin underneath that had just been exposed. I actually had to pull my foot away and tell her to stop. With every new instrument she brought out, it seems you found some way to cause excruciating pain with it. The other lady did a rush job on my friend. He was finished way before I was. When we asked for color, they acted like they were being bothered. The lady working on my friend had to come back to do his. When they asked what color, they asked my friend what color he wanted, rushed off without asking me what color I wanted and acted exasperated when I ask for a different color. Somehow she made painting my toenails painful. I'm not ticklish, I don't have feet problems, and have a pretty decent threshold for pain - there is no reason that this should have been such a painful ordeal. The final result of my toe painting was just, "meh"... Nothing great. Gaps between the polish and my cuticle. What was supposed to be a relaxing, calming experience ended up feeling like punishment. EXTREMELY RUDE AND RASICT DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have NEVER hit the “no tip” button so fast. The service was terrible and the experience wasn’t relaxing AT ALL!!!! I went in for a gel manicure and the lady told me it would be $55 for the design I wanted as well as an extension on one finger because my nail was broken. The extension which was an additional $5. She proceeded to start on my nails and when she was filing my nails she filed the nails on one of my hands crooked and the acrylic extension on my nail didn’t even look like an extension in the end. The acrylic extension length was fine until she started filing it the first time and she made it round when I asked for square. Then I asked her to fix it and she made the nail back to the original length it was before. Then she did the first part of my design which was the chrome and when she put the topcoat on that there were black particles underneath the topcoat so I asked her to fix it and she GASLIT me by saying “I don’t understand what you mean” which she said in a rude tone. After all my nails were complete she started filing them for the finishing touches and she was REALLY AGGRESSIVE to the point where she didn’t stop until I went “ouch.” The Caucasian people in the salon were treated so nicely with manners by the other staff. There was a lady next to me and after she left the rude behaviour started. I spent over 2.5 hours in there just to be treated terribly! Oh my God! it was the worst experience ever I will never set foot in this nail salon ever again . They over charged me for a balance no nail damage whatsoever when I asked the guy how much was the balance he said $60 I was like for a balance ? No design nothing, simple pink gel polish that’s it Then charged me 65 for the pedi and said $10!for tax your total is 135 flat never heard of a flat tax rate . I paid with no complaints even tip him and walked away in a state of shock they are wrong for that. I should have know when I walked in why the salon was empty. I am probably not the first person they did that too. And the work was mediocre. Please don’t go there unless you got money to waste ..This place should run out of business.
