A little disappointed, i have visited this location a few times but after seeing a TJ max tag on a pair of pants for 15.99, and UC only bringing it down $2, it should have been a red flag. Not only that, but the tap to pay for Mastercards means that apparently your physical card has to be present? I’m not sure why that’s the case though, because I’ve definitely used my Apple Card here before. (Tap to pay style as well, with no troubles). Oh well, time to go to the other location I guess.

Understandably I get you want to pay out your sellers as much as you can, but seeing the amount of clothes stuffing your shelves and falling on the floor, it might be best to even have more sales? (The clothes on the floor are inevitable when they can’t fit) But again, please get your card machine fixed. I had no issues in Dublin using tap to pay. I think I was just mostly upset because I feel like I had been in there for almost an hour scouring through the clothes to be told my phones Tap to Pay...

HOWEVER: Clothes were EVERYWHERE. On the floor, slung over the racks, hanging off the hangers, and haphazardly organized. 8s in the 2s and XS in the M. It's hard to shop when I have to dig through every size in a game of Where's Waldo to find a cute pair of jeans.
No seating in the fitting room, so I have to put my clothes and purse on the dirty floor. Also makes it difficult to test how well my jeans will feel when I'm sitting in class.
Prices are WAYYY too high for consignment. $20 for a pair of used jeans that were bought off someone else for $2? People come here because they can't afford brand new clothes.
Where is the rack for go-backs? It's super awkward to wait for the one of two associates working in the store to come grab the stuff from me that didn't fit.
TLDR: Great customer service, poorly...
Read moreFirst time seller experience was abysmal. I waited for over an hour to have my name show up on the screen telling me they were done checking my clothes, and I never saw it. I thought it was just because it was busy. A staff member then told me they already checked and weren't taking anything. That's fine, I don't even care that they didn't want my stuff- I know resale is very particular and doesn't pay well. But I could have probably left 40 min. earlier, and that was infuriating. There has to be a better system for letting folks know staff are done looking at your clothes if they aren't buying anything. Like could you at least leave people's names up on the screen instead of showing one at a time? I'm not even sure mine ever was up there. This shop is clean and well organized, and everything was good or great condition. Good for teens/early 20s. Mostly fast fashion and trendy pieces. Huge athleisure section. Staff...
