At Crème de la Crème Bakery & Café, my recent visit was nothing short of delightful. Tucked in a cozy corner, this place offered not only a respite from the outside world but also a tantalizing array of baked goods that could easily rival the patisseries of Paris. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, perfect for a leisurely morning or a relaxing afternoon.
Upon entering, I was immediately taken by the modern yet homely decor, with clean lines and a warm, inviting color palette. The display cases were immaculately arranged with an assortment of cakes, pastries, and other desserts that looked too good to eat. Each item was clearly labeled, not just with the price but with a small description that hinted at the ingredients and flavor profile, which I found very helpful.
The highlight of my visit was definitely the smoked salmon sandwich. Served on freshly baked bread that was perfectly crusty on the outside yet soft inside, it was complemented by just the right amount of cream cheese and capers to enhance but not overpower the flavor of the salmon. Accompanied by a well-crafted cappuccino, it was the perfect meal to start my day.
What truly set Crème de la Crème apart was the service. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, providing recommendations when asked and ensuring that my coffee cup was never empty.
Spending a couple of hours here felt like catching up with old friends in the comfort of someone’s living room. It’s a gem worth visiting whether you’re seeking a quiet place to read, a casual meet-up with friends, or just a moment to indulge in some exquisite baking.

Read moreWe came here on a Saturday afternoon to try it out. The space was packed and busy! There's plenty of parking in the plaza and a decent amount of tables and seating, if you can snag a spot. There's seating inside and outside! It's quite loud inside because there's a mix of restaurant type customers and people who come to work on their laptops. It's a pretty cool place and really aesthetically clean and bright. They have some 2 seat tables, some 4 seats, and two long tables for communal sharing. Tables outside looked like 2-4 seats.
We got their lattes with lavender syrup and tried two pastries, the pistachio raspberry and chocolate croissant. The pastries were pretty good, a bit dry but tasted good for flavor. I wouldn't say I got value out of the pastries, but they have other options that I would come back to try. Their lattes tasted pretty basic, nothing that stands out to me, it was heavy on the coffee taste and it was a very light artificial lavender syrup taste. Overall, we spent $23 on 1 lg latte, 1 md latte, a pistachio raspberry pastry, and chocolate croissant.
Their menu was a bit confusing, they don't have their drinks posted in front, it's on the side wall in wooden letters, no pricing. We weren't informed on pricing for syrups, or milk alternatives, or sizing. They had two pieces of paper with syrup flavors and tea flavors on the counter, but again, no sizing or prices. Their pastries were marked with prices in the case with names.
I would say I would come back to try other pastries, but it's a bit expensive, it's also bit of a drive, the service was a bit slow, and confusing ordering overall. Staff was nice, but it seemed like everyone was lost or didn't want...
Read moreThe pastry I got was absolutely delicious. Had these balls of a cream stuffed with a salted caramel type sauce with these shortbread circles on the top and bottom and cute edible pearls. The flavor reminded me of a Twix. The one I chose didn’t have a name in front of it in the glass case like the others, so I’m not sure what to call it, but it’s an 8.8 out of 10 for me. Presentation gets a 10 for me on that. Loved how it was powder pink and cute but not like a strawberry flavor. It’s just pink for aesthetic. I love pink. The espresso I’ve had better but I’d rate a solid 7.8 out of 10. Presentation just felt normal to me. I did love the gold spoon though so I give it a 7 out of 10. I ordered up in the front, was given a table number and picked a table. My pastry and espresso was brought to me. Staff was kind and professional. Not too much or too little. The atmosphere was warm and bright, felt festive with the holiday decor. Only thing I didn’t like was the spacing of the tables. There’s one very very large table that feels wrong to sit at if you’re not in a group that’s taking up a lot of space. It’s pretty, but I feel like that space could be better utilized with smaller more spaced out tables that could be pushed together if needed because that table takes up like half of all the seating area. Regardless, it was a good experience and I’ll be back. The place was also decently priced which I love. Espresso and a pastry for a...
