Terrible experience. Checked out the shop this weekend and found a few shirts I wanted to try on. There was one worker there who sat at the desk and made no eye contact with any of the visitors, or even asked anyone if they needed assistance. That's fine. When the only dressing room became vacant, I looked around and saw that said employee was busy checking out a customer, so I walked in. Little to my knowledge, he was going on a rant bad-mouthing me to other customers and making rude/frustrated hand gestures about me entering the dressing room. Little to HIS knowledge, my partner was sitting there watching and hearing everything unfold.

When I left that dressing room, I made sure every item I didn't want came out with me, was refolded and stacked where I found them. When I eventually checked out, this man had the audacity to give me tips on dressing room etiquette. He told me, very condescendingly, "we never have this issue," which I highly doubt. My partner's response to him was "there is no sign ANYWHERE that gave me their dressing room protocol." If there was a sign and instructions, I'd definitely follow them, and if there was an employee available to help me, I would have definitely asked them.

Bottom line -- I've never had an interaction like this at any shop. High-end, low-end, any-end. I will never be going back there. And anyone who does visit, please ask the lovely staff (if there is one available) to set up your dressing room to avoid any awkward/belittling...
