Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Concord

Today kicks off Nurses week and it has been advertised that nursing employees would get a free chicken sandwich today. When I got to the window to purchase my items and show my badge, the gentleman at the window very nicely said that they were not doing the free sandwich. However, right behind him, the manager was standing within earshot of all employees (and the window), in a very nasty way (including hand gestures) says under no circumstances are we to give out any free sandwiches. We allllll know lunch hour at Chick Fil A's all over the country are busy and crowded- and I am always patient because the food is good and the service is good. This chick fil a, though? I waited 30 min in my car for a mobile order only to FINALLY have to just go inside anyway. I told the closest teenager that my food was never brought out and he said "I don't know what to tell you..." LOL you can TELL me where my food is or where my refund is! I ordered using the mobile app 2 milkshakes for “curbside” pickup. It was a tent erected in the parking lot where you pull up in parking lot away from the mall building. The restaurant is inside the mall in the food court. I waited 10 minutes for my pre ordered milkshakes to see an employee bringing out 3 orders at once apparently for her efficiency. I’m thinking my 2 shakes had to wait till there were 2 more orders ready to take out to the parking lot. Not a typical feel good experience you always get at Chick-fil-A.
