It was 7 oâclock on a Saturday and there was a line waiting with no one at the register. There was a note on the register saying we will be right back. One of the customers said theyâve been gone for 30 minuets. I also had to wait 21 minuets to get my order of three blizzards. Finally someone shows up and I feel bad for the workers because there was only two of the and the one seemed brand new at the job so itâs basically like having one worker on a Saturday dinner shift. They ran out of vanilla ice cream apparently and my blizzard I didnât have them turn upside down because it was very runny nor did they try to turn it upside down but threw a lid on it. Nevermind that there's a huge banner on the building stating that they offer this service. So we go inside and you just kinda expect friendly service... Not here, we weren't even greeted with a "how can I help you?" But instead this girl gives us a glance and then continues to stare out in space. Confused I asked if she even worked there. However I came here the other day and was shocked to see that the girl working the counter was not wearing a mask. Masks are not a political issue. There is no reason for her to not be wearing a mask. It is state mandated that restaurant workers be wearing masks. I understand it is possible she may have a disability that prevents her from wearing masks, and if that is the case she needs to work with her employer to come up with an alternative face covering that keeps the customers safe.
