I absolutely LOVE this place! I recently learned that you can go here for lunch. I always thought this was just a place to go for a holiday ham. Boy was I wrong! This place has it's own private entrance from the outside as well as an entrance from the food court. The fireplace makes it very inviting. The staff here is wonderful. They are always very polite and get your order taken and prepared in a timely manner. I've only had the ham classic from here, but it's so good I haven't been able to try anything else yet for lunch, it's my go to meal. For thanksgiving, we tried one of their turkeys, and I have to say it was fabulous! I'm not a huge fan of turkey typically, but this was so moist and juicy, I just couldn't get enough. Of course we had a ham as well, and it was phenomenal. For Christmas, we tried the cajun Turkey, the macaroni and cheese, green bean casserole and the chocolate cake. Everything was amazing! I went in a while back and I wasn’t going to make this review but I’m sure I’m not the only one it’s happened too. I swiped my credit card and the lady said it declined so I gave her cash. Well 2 days later I checked and it went through on my credit card so I went up there with my receipt and shown the manager that I was charged twice and I’m sorry but the hams are not cheap. She said she reached out to upper management bc she could not issue a refund and I have worked in banking for years so I didn’t want to go through the bank and have to deal with that. Everyone knows they have the best ham but what I didn't know is that you can order it by the pound, pre-sliced and ready to make a sandwich. Just like at your neighborhood grocery deli. I bought two pounds to take home and will be going back for more. The service was great. There was a very helpful employee who is the one that told me about being able to buy it by the pound, like at a deli. She was super friendly and unlike most people in the restaurant business today, she wasn't upset about doing her job. She actually seemed to like working here.
